“For God’s Glory” praise and worship band is dedicated to serving the Lord Jesus Christ through music. Our hearts are to spread the Good News of Jesus, sharing His Love, Grace, Mercy, and Hope with the saved and unsaved. We play contemporary and traditional styles of Christian music depending on the audience. We have performed at various venues, including nursing homes, coffeehouses, homeless shelters, as well as church services, dinners, and picnics.
Known for our innovative style with different genres, “For God’s Glory” has produced numerous CD’s highlighting some of our original music, as well as known praise and worship songs. Starting as a duo (Michael & Diane Gmitter) we became a trio when Brent Mackey joined over fourteen years ago. We love playing and singing for the Lord, and on occasion offer a sermon, as well. Our goal has never wavered, offering our talents without asking for any monetary compensation; we strive to live up to our name and do things “For God’s Glory.”
